I have a specific question concerning a product who do I contact?
If you question concerns a specific item feature, fit compatibility (i.e. holsters) the best entity to contact is the manufacturer as they have the latest and most relevent information, however you may contact us direct anytime.
Do you sell internationally?
YES! We have successfully shipped internationally since 2005. Be aware that some products may not be shipped to certain countries. Please check with your local customs office for information pertaining to restricted and prohibited items if you are unsure about any item you are interested in BEFORE purchasing. DO NOT purchase items that you are know are illegal to possess. Not only can customs seize the item (your loss), but you could be legally charged by law enforcement for possession of illegal items.
Do you sell other items not found in your store?
Maybe. Although we may not have the item in our inventory, we may be able to special order it in for you. Send an email with your request with the item information to include the manufacturer model number to kevin@ecoppolicesupply.com
Do you sell firearms? No.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, we accept Paypal for both U.S. and international customers. For international customers that is the only form of payment we will accept.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, for U.S. customers ONLY, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Do you accept checks and money orders?
Sorry, but no.
Do you combine orders on your webstore with item I have purchased from you on eBay?
Sorry, but no. Our webstore is operated independant of our eBay store and orders cannot be combined.
Why are the prices are different in your webstore than what I saw on eBay?
The webstore is run independant of the eBay store and has different costs associated.
Why do you sell items in your webstore that you do not sell on eBay?
Again, the webstore is run independant of the eBay store. Also eBay is very restrictive when it comes to police and shooting supplies. Alot of the items we can sell in our webstore we cannot sell on eBay due to eBay's Weapons and Knives and Police Equipment polices. We would be in violation of eBay policy if we sold items they have prohibited.
Why do you only offer USPS Express Mail for some items?
Some of the items we sell have a high value. The only way we can be sure these items will arrive safely to you is to only offer USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail is a highly reliable service with international tracking numbers as well as insurance options.
